The PLASMAR + project (2019-2022) has its origin in the results obtained in the previous PLASMAR project (2017-2020). Both projects cover the entire process related to Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP): from the inventory of the distribution of existing and future activities and uses to the contribution to proposals for maritime spatial planning plans.
The purpose of the PLASMAR + project is to promote the advancement of the Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP) process in the Macaronesian archipelagos (Canary Islands, Madeira and Azores) by developing new tools based on scientific and technological knowledge, facing the post-2021 implementation period, and support sustainable Blue Growth.
The PLASMAR+ Project produced a Comic to disseminate information and practices on MSP in Macaronesia.
The comic has been produced in three different languages, versions of which are available via the following links:
A video tutorial for INDIMAR® web decision support tool in marine spatial planning has also been produced and is available here.
