We are pleased to announce the publication of the official report from the European Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP) Week 2024, held from 21 to 24 October 2024 in Marseille (France).
The report provides an overview of the main takeaways, and forward-looking perspectives shared throughout the week. It includes summaries of workshops, panel discussions, and plenary sessions.
Organised by the European Commission, this key event brought together experts, institutions, policymakers, and stakeholders to discuss the most pressing issues in maritime spatial planning across Europe focusing on:
- Integrating marine data into planning processes,
- Land-sea interactions,
- Cross-border cooperation,
- Challenges related to climate change and the energy transition.
